We believe in building trusted relationships, and value long-term partnerships over any specific transaction. JLH Capital was founded by Jen Holm in 2016 and is based in Cardiff by the Sea, CA.
ABOUT JEN
Jen founded JLH Capital in 2016 and began the General Partnership in 2021. Jen was formerly the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for HP Investors, a San Diego based real estate investment firm. Prior to joining HP Investors, Jen spent three years as a Principal at Pontus Capital and ran the firm’s capital markets efforts, including equity and debt capital raising initiatives, as well as contributing to the sourcing and underwriting of investments. Jen has managed over $200 million in commercial real estate acquisitions since 2016.
Before moving back to California, Jen was Deputy Head of Credit Sales for Société Générale in NYC, where she managed a team of eleven institutional fixed income salespeople focused on the placement of public and private corporate debt. Jen began her career at Credit Suisse in the Global Credit Products and Real Estate Finance and Securitization groups. Jen holds a BBA, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a MBA from the University of Minnesota.
